KiKuu Order Stages

If you are reading this then my guess is you are new on KiKUU or its your first time buying and you have no idea about their order stages. If I guessed right, give me a smile. And if I didn’t, give me a knock…okay just realized you can’t see my head so let’s dig into the real deal instead.

KiKUU order stages are short and rather simple and gives you a fair idea about where your product is and the state it’s in. There are only four stages: that is after you’ve placed your order and have made payment. When you open the KiKUU app you’ll see a bar at the bottom of your screen. There are five (5) icons displayed on this bar: Home, Categories, Shopping, Cart and My KiKUU. 

First select the My KiKUU icon, a new page will be opened up for you. Tap on “In Transit (Shipping)” it will bring up a page listing all the products you’ve ordered. Now in the upper right corner you will see “Awaiting Confirmation,” in other words, KiKUU is waiting for a confirmation from you indicating that you have received your product so you will be seeing that for quite some time.

Tap on the picture of your order: a new page will appear. It gives a detailed description of your order for-example order number, shipping address, seller, price etc. After a few days, “Confirm Received” will appear right beneath the product price. I advise you don’t play with that till you get your product… 😂😂😂, because you might click on the wrong thing and find yourself in hot waters cos that’s where you give the received parcel confirmation to KiKUU.

 

 Now you can track your product from the track button. That’s where you will see your product move from one order stage to the other till it gets into your hands.

Stage 1: Order shipped

Stage 2: Courier Acceptance- after a few days of being at the courier a picture of your parcel will be inserted.

 Stage 3: Flight Departure- The days your order spends at each stage varies depending on the stores.

 

Stage 4: In the last stage, there will be an indication that your order has been delivered to the KiKUU pick up station  of your country and the location which is China will be replaced by your country. You either go to the pick-up station or wait for it to be delivered to you based on what you opted for when you were placing the order. After, click on the "Confirm Received" to notify KiKUU that you have received your parcel by selecting "package received". And that's all, pretty simple right?
